Return & Exchange Policy
This Policy sets out the procedures and conditions governing the return and exchange of goods purchased through MDD Direct, as follows:
1. Definitions
- 1.1. Seller: Madd Smart Information Technology Company, Unified National Number 7002514391, also referred to as 'MDD Direct'.
- 1.2. Customer: Any natural or legal person who uses or visits the MDD Direct Platform.
- 1.3. Platform: The MDD Direct Platform, which is owned and operated by the Seller.
- 1.4. Product: Any goods purchased by the Customer through the MDD Direct Platform.
2. Returns
2.1. The Customer shall be entitled to request the return of a Product within 7 days from the date of receipt, subject to the following circumstances:
- 2.1.1. Receipt of a Product different from the Product ordered.
- 2.1.2. The existence of a manufacturing defect in the Product.
- 2.1.3. The Product arriving in a damaged condition as a result of transportation or shipping.
- 2.1.4. A shortage or discrepancy in the quantity or specifications of the Product compared with the approved Order.
2.2. The following conditions must be satisfied for a return request to be accepted:
- 2.2.1. The Product must be in its original condition.
- 2.2.2. The Product must not have been used or operated.
- 2.2.3. All original accessories and components must be included.
- 2.2.4. The original Product packaging must be available.
- 2.2.5. The return request must be submitted within the specified period.
- 2.2.6. Evidence supporting the reason for the return request must be provided where required.
3. Exchange
3.1. The Customer shall be entitled to request the exchange of a Product within 7 days from the date of receipt in the following circumstances:
- 3.1.1. The Product has a manufacturing defect.
- 3.1.2. The Product received does not conform to the approved specifications.
- 3.1.3. The Customer receives a Product different from the Product ordered.
- 3.1.4. Any exchange shall be subject to the availability of the Product or a suitable alternative and shall only be processed after the request has been reviewed and approved by MDD Direct.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Products
4.1. Products may not be returned or exchanged in the following circumstances:
- 4.1.1. Products that have been used or operated.
- 4.1.2. Products that have been damaged as a result of misuse or improper storage.
- 4.1.3. Products that have been tampered with or modified by the Customer or any third party.
- 4.1.4. Products not accompanied by their original packaging or the essential accessories required for return.
- 4.1.5. Products supplied with sealed packaging where such packaging has been opened or removed, unless the Product contains a manufacturing defect.
- 4.1.6. Products customised or specially made for the Customer, unless the Product contains a manufacturing defect or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
5. General Provisions
- 5.1. The Customer must inspect the Products immediately upon receipt and notify MDD Direct of any shortage, damage, or discrepancy in the Order within 48 hours from the date of receipt. Failing such notification, the Product shall be deemed to have been received in its apparent condition at the time of delivery.
- 5.2. Where a return or exchange is due to an error attributable to MDD Direct or the supplier, MDD Direct shall bear the costs of shipping, return, or exchange. In all other cases, the Customer shall bear the applicable costs and charges according to the nature of the case.
- 5.3. Where a return request is approved, MDD Direct shall refund the amount due to the Customer after receiving and inspecting the Product and approving the return process. The refund shall be processed within 14 Business Days using the original payment method or any other method approved by MDD Direct.
- 5.4. Products shall, where applicable, be subject to the warranty terms and conditions issued by the manufacturer or authorised distributor, and the Customer shall comply with all warranty procedures and requirements.
- 5.5. Return and exchange requests shall be reviewed within a period not exceeding 5 Business Days from the date of receipt of the request together with all required documents or information.
- 5.6. The Customer shall not be entitled to request the return or exchange of any Product after the expiry of the period specified in this Policy. Any rights available thereafter shall be limited to the applicable warranty, subject to its terms and conditions.
- 5.7. MDD Direct reserves the right to review any return or exchange request and to reject requests that do not satisfy the terms and conditions set out in this Policy or where compliance with the required conditions cannot be verified.
